If you have an issue or complaint about a travel provider, ABTA can help you with guidance on consumer rights, assisting with complaints and offering arbitration services to resolve disputes.
ABTA offers a range of services and resources to help you plan and book your holiday, including travel advice and destination information, as well as protection through its Code of Conduct and financial protection schemes. These schemes include protection for package holidays and refunds in the event that your travel provider goes out of business.
If you encounter any problems with your travel provider, you should first contact them to try and resolve the issue. If this is not successful, you can contact ABTA for guidance on how to proceed.
