Review: AVOID FOR RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING Scunthorpe branch are currently selling one of our houses (no chain involved below, nor are we purchasing). Has so far taken 4 months with no exchange date in sight. No-one ever replies to calls, despite assurances you will be called back, or updates you on progress, nor is anyone available to take your call & 1 woman was bordering on rude when I dared mention it was taking a long time, 3 months into process. They also ask for information they have been sent weeks before. I cannot rate them low enough for their "service" - I use the term loosely- & would give them no stars if review allowed. Pay more for a company who know what they're doing, I wish we had & is indeed what we will do next time.
