Review: I highly recommend Paul Outhwaite of Alexander JLO. He was recommended to me and was a blessing. I did not have much idea of selling my property and buying a new one. But he was such a comfort. His skill, efficiency, timing and execution made it all possible through worrying times and made the process possible. My family are starting to settle in my new home and all thanks to Paul. Thank you to you and your team of Nazima Chowdhury and Valerie Tunstall for all your hard work.

Review: Shockingly incompetent. Lyn was looking after our flat sale and made a mess of our purchase. She forgot to deed of assignment / transfer document. Took our fee we paid for that but din't pass it on. Our landlord therefore sent his rend bill to the previous owner for 18 months without our knowledge) When our landlord finally tracked us down and I asked for th job to be completed and the document be submitted (after 18 months had gone by) She did precisely bugger all. She was reminded a further two times after blaming the landlord who promptly put it into the hands of their solicitors inflating the outstanding rent with admin charges and legal fees. She failed to respond to them or us time and time again. I intervened and spoke to a very polite and helpful landlord (big firm) and their solicitors( another big firm) who were very sympathetic to our plight and understood our frustration. Particularly that we we're legally unable to pay the rent even though we wanted to because of our solicitor's cock up hadn't changed the owner Finally after numerous reminders Lyn announced it was all settled and asked us to send £500 to pay both last and this years outstanding rent. A very clear implication that they'd come to an agreement with their solicitors and the legal fees where either being waived or picked up by them. Of course it was too good to be true. Our £500 disappeared and a month later a further demand for this years outstanding rent + an additional £130 for outstanding fees arrived. She basically messed that up too. Told us porkies. Then more emails to her and she replied with some cryptic one liner saying the rent was paid (again) and she'd forwarded my email to someone else and was 'aware of a cheque' whatever that's supposed to mean. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay well clear of these incompetent buffoons. Pay a little more and get a grown up to do it properly

Review: 10/10 for service. I have used Paul Outhwaite to purchase many properties over the last 15 years and not once have I been let down. Swift responses and updates kept me informed throughout.
